William J. Kerley
Vice President
 Bill Kerley is a vice president in AccuVal business enterprise valuation practice group. Mr. Kerley has worked with multinational corporations and financial institutions on some of the largest financial transactions in the world. He has intimate knowledge of AccuVal’s entire suite of valuation, advisory and asset management services, having led practice groups providing valuations of manufactured and retail inventories and conducting business enterprise valuations and intangible asset appraisals for
more than 10 years.
Mr. Kerley originally joined AccuVal as a manager in 1994. He was also responsible for directing mergers and acquisitions of a related company, Stessaon International Corporation. His acumen and expertise in providing reliable appraisal and counseling services led DoveBid Valuation Services, Inc. (DVS) to appoint him senior manager following the 2000 acquisition of AccuVal by DoveBid, Inc. He shared responsibility for management of DVS’ inventory appraisals and syndicated transactions throughout North America until the March 2003 reacquisition of AccuVal by the company’s founders. As a vice president of AccuVal, Mr. Kerley was responsible for the company-wide inventory practice.
Previous positions held during Mr. Kerley’s career include vice president of finance at Hawthorne Properties; executive vice president and CFO of Berghammer Corporation, which specializes in commercial general contracting, construction management and design/build services; and president and principal of WK Consulting, Inc. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Mr. Kerley earned a bachelor of business administration in accounting. |
