William R. Corwin is a 20 year industry veteran in the appraisal industry specializing in the evaluation of a broad range of machinery and other personal property owned by the world's largest corporations. As a multi-disciplined appraiser, Mr. Corwin has appraised billions of dollars of machinery in industries ranging from automotive, to electronics, metals production & processing, lumber, packaging, plastics and food processing. Prior to joining AccuVal as a Senior Manager, Mr. Corwin was a Vice President of The Daley-Hodkin Group where he managed and executed all evaluations of machinery in the construction; mining; transportation (truck, rail & shipping fleets); metals recovery & handling & recycling; portable storage & offices; material handling; waste management and commercial laundry, industries. Mr. Corwin also has extensive experience assisting corporations with all aspects of asset management including disposition.
Mr. Corwin is a member of Association of Machinery & Equipment Appraisers (AMEA) and is a Certified Equipment Appraiser (CEA) and is USPAP certified. He is also a member of the Turnaround Management Associations (TMA) and a candidate member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). Additionally, he has testified as an expert witness in the U.S Bankruptcy Court. He holds an A.S. in business administration from State University of New York at Farmingdale and a B.S. in business economics from State University of New York at Oneonta.
