Scott N. Breier has over 10 years experience managing projects in the commercial and industrial appraisal industry worldwide. As a senior manager in the machinery and equipment practice, Mr. Breier has managed hundreds of machinery and equipment appraisals across a wide range of industries. He joined AccuVal in 1998 and was named a senior associate with DoveBid Valuation Services, Inc. (DVS) following the 2000 acquisition of AccuVal by DoveBid, Inc. Following the repurchase of AccuVal in March 2003 by its original founders, Mr. Breier was named manager and senior manager in the machinery and equipment practice. He currently manages the Atlanta and Dallas offices, overseeing all operations and directing the appraisal staff.
Mr. Breier is an accredited member of the American Society of Appraisers - Machinery and Technical Specialties and is USPAP certified. He holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Mr. Breier is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association and National Funding Association.
