 Rick Wilichowski, a 14-year veteran in the commercial and industrial appraisal industry, began his career at AccuVal in 1991. He is an experienced machinery and real estate appraiser who lends his valuation and consulting expertise to the company's growing tax consulting, financial reporting and litigation support practices.
Previously, Mr. Wilichowski led AccuVal's machinery & equipment practice group where he managed major global valuations while also assisting in executing auctions and orderly liquidations for AccuVal's sister company, LiquiTec Industries. Before joining AccuVal, Mr. Wilichowski worked as senior manager at DoveBid Valuation Services, Inc. (DVS) following the 2000 acquisition of AccuVal by DoveBid, Inc. As a member of DVS' management team, he led major syndicated transactions on behalf of customers worldwide. Mr. Wilichowski's track record in directing world-class appraisal engagements led to his being named vice president at AccuVal following the repurchase of the firm by its original founders in March 2003.
Mr. Wilichowski is a Wisconsin licensed and certified general appraiser. A cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, he holds a B.B.A. in real estate and marketing. |
