As vice president at AccuVal, Robert Gaudiosi assumes responsibility for both the management of complex business valuation and intangible asset engagements as well as business development for this line of business in the Northeast. Mr. Gaudiosi has extensive knowledge providing asset management and disposition solutions that help corporations optimize the value of their assets. Prior to joining AccuVal, Mr. Gaudiosi was a senior executive with Daley-Hodkin, LLC where he managed the business valuation and inventory appraisal groups and supported the auction/liquidation department. Before that, Mr. Gaudiosi spent 15 years in investment banking on Wall Street.

He has an undergraduate degree in accounting and finance from Fordham University, an MBA from Columbia University Graduate Business School and a law degree (with an emphasis in corporate finance and tax) from Fordham Law School. Mr. Gaudiosi has been qualified as an expert witness in federal bankruptcy courts throughout the United States. He has been a frequent guest speaker and lecturer regarding appraisals and liquidations to financial institutions and professional organizations and has served on numerous industry panels.

Mr. Gaudiosi is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, New York Institute of Credit, the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys and the Turnaround Management Association.
