As business development manager, Paul Valencia is responsible for servicing our client's needs in the Western Region of the United States. With over 20 years of experience in investment banking, Mr. Valencia brings an enormous knowledge of corporate finance.
Prior to joining AccuVal, Mr. Valencia worked for three Southern California investment banking firms. At these firms, he successfully served clients in need of bridge capital, private equity funding, growth capital, and working capital. Additionally, he pursued acquisition targets and oversaw every aspect of the purchase and disposition of these companies. His management skills allowed him to be successfully placed as interim CEO/COO in turnaround situations for a private equity fund. In this role, Mr. Valencia was able to prepare the businesses in his care for an eventual sale, liquidation, or to be acquired.
Mr. Valencia has founded, grown, and sold three successful businesses, including a commercial printing company, a graphics design & advertising company, and a pre-fabricated home manufacturing business. He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and is on the Board of the East L.A. College Foundation.
