As Vice President and National Sales Director, Mindy McLees, CMI heads AccuVal and LiquiTec’s national sales efforts. Ms. McLees joined AccuVal Associates, Incorporated in 2006 as National Property Tax Director with over 20 years of experience in real and personal property tax management. This promotion is a direct result of Ms. McLees’ strong client service and management skills as well as her in-depth industry knowledge and experience.
Mindy’s experience includes long tenures with Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc./Universal Studios and Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Her hands-on experience in both the corporate and consulting worlds enables her to fully understand the pressures faced by CFO’s, Tax Managers and Consultants, Controllers and Deal Makers.
Mindy earned the CMI designation from the Institute of Professionals in Taxation (IPT) where she is a member of the Annual School faculty. She is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Commercial Finance Association, and the International Association of Assessment Officers, among other organizations. Mindy is a founding member of the Society of Women in Ad Valorem (SWAV). She has been on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Property Tax Management and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal on property tax matters.
