 Craig Cappalli, vice president in the Corporate Services Valuation Group of AccuVal, has 25 years experience valuing machinery and tangible assets. Mr. Cappalli has led appraisal and liquidation projects for asset-based and other commercial lenders, private equity groups, large corporations, legal practices and accounting firms throughout the world.
Mr. Cappalli’s professional career began in 1982 as an equipment appraiser with Daley-Hodkin, LLC. He assumed the position of director of professional training and subsequently became a senior vice president at the firm. He executed all aspects of the appraisal engagement in a multitude of industries.
Mr. Cappalli has an undergraduate degree in accounting and business administration from Siena College. He is a recognized senior member (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers and carries the designation of Certified Equipment Appraiser (CEA) as a member of the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA). In addition, Mr. Cappalli is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and Machinery Dealers National Association (MDNA). He has been qualified as an expert witness in federal bankruptcy court proceedings on valuation issues of machinery and equipment.
