Turn LEFT at bottom of exit ramp onto COUNTY ROUTE 83 (CR83) NORTH OCEAN AVENUE heading north
Follow COUNTY ROUTE 83 (CR83) NORTH OCEAN AVENUE north for 3.2 miles heading towards Mt. Sinai
Turn RIGHT onto MIDDLE COUNTRY ROAD (Route 25) east for 1.3 miles
Immediately after crossing Route 112 intersection, take immediate RIGHT into the parking lot of 356 Middle Country Road. The building is a three-story modern office building housing a North Fork Bank on the first floor. AccuVal's office is on the second floor and is located in Suite 210.
