
Bill Kerley is a vice president in AccuVal's Corporate Valuation & Advisory Services practice. For nearly 15 years, Mr. Kerley has had leadership roles providing valuations of manufactured and retail inventories, and in conducting business enterprise valuations and intangible asset appraisals. His work includes engagements with multinational corporations and financial institutions on some of the largest financial transactions in the world.
Mr. Kerley joined AccuVal as a manager in 1994. He was also responsible for directing mergers and acquisitions of sister company Stessaon International Corporation. His expertise in appraisal and counseling services led an international appraisal and asset disposition company to appoint him senior manager following the 2000 acquisition of AccuVal. During his tenure, he co-managed the inventory appraisals and syndicated transactions throughout North America until the 2003 reacquisition of AccuVal by the company's founders. Previous leadership positions held during Mr. Kerley's career include vice president of finance at Hawthorne Properties; executive vice president and CFO of Berghammer Corporation, which specializes in commercial general contracting, construction management and design/build services; and president and principal of WK Consulting, Inc.
A member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Mr. Kerley earned a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
