Scott Breier has more than 15 years of experience managing projects in the commercial and industrial valuation industry worldwide. As a senior manager in the Machinery & Equipment Valuation practice, he has directed hundreds of machinery and equipment appraisals across a wide range of industries.

Mr. Breier joined AccuVal in 1998 and was named a senior associate with an international appraisal and asset disposition company following the 2000 acquisition of AccuVal. After the 2003 repurchase of AccuVal by its original founders, Mr. Breier was named manager and subsequently senior manager in the machinery and equipment practice. He currently manages the Atlanta, Georgia and Lexington, Kentucky offices, overseeing all operations and directing the appraisal staff.

Mr. Breier is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers in the Machinery & Technical Specialties discipline and has completed the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) coursework. Mr. Breier earned bachelor's degrees in finance and marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
