Cofounder Andy Gronik is president and chief executive officer, responsible for guiding the company's Corporate Valuation & Advisory Services worldwide. Recognized globally as an industry leader, Mr. Gronik has served major corporations by providing appraisal and consulting services to support asset based financing, financial reporting, tax planning, litigation matters, risk management, asset management and business planning.

Mr. Gronik is an expert in the appraisal of businesses and business assets, including intellectual property, machinery, inventory and real estate. He has acted as a senior advisor in the development and execution of global business strategies; managed successful turnarounds of financially distressed companies; and devised winning strategies to maximize investment recovery. Mr. Gronik's appraisals have supported many of the largest leveraged buyouts that fueled the explosive growth of the asset based lending industry, and his innovative solutions have enabled major corporations to realize millions of dollars in profit improvement. An expert witness in federal, state and local proceedings, Mr. Gronik has provided litigation support and testimony in landmark cases.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Mr. Gronik proudly embraces a three-generation legacy that began in 1980 when he led the family business to national prominence prior to founding AccuVal-LiquiTec. He cofounded AccuVal-LiquiTec in 1988 and served as president and CEO until the companies were purchased by an international valuation and asset management firm in 2000. During his tenure, he directed the successful integration of eight acquisitions in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and Australia while acting as global president & COO. Mr. Gronik resumed the position of president and CEO of AccuVal-LiquiTec following the 2003 repurchase of the company.

Mr. Gronik is a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), a senior member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), a memer of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a certified general appraiser in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Also a licensed auctioneer, he conducted his first sale at age 15. Mr. Gronik has completed the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) coursework.

Mr. Gronik has been nominated Entrepreneur of the Year and is listed in Who's Who in Top American Executives. He speaks regularly on topics concerning appraisal, advisory, asset management services and the current state of the marketplace, and he has authored several articles on the appraisal process. He holds a B.B.A. in marketing from the University of Georgia-Athens.
